Implied rate is shown only for deals disclosed as a monthly payment for a stated chip count (typically via filings), computed as monthly cost ÷ (chips × 730 hours). It is an all-in figure — these contracts bundle CPUs, networking, storage and facilities — so it is not comparable one-to-one with per-GPU on-demand rates. Headline totals are never divided into hourly rates: they bundle options, phased deployments and non-GPU infrastructure.
