Google buys from SpaceX

Disclosed in a SpaceX filing ahead of its IPO: under a June 5, 2026 agreement, Google pays SpaceX $920 million per month from October 2026 through June 2029 — roughly $30 billion total — for access to about 110,000 NVIDIA GPUs plus CPUs and memory in xAI's data centers. Google can terminate, or take a pro rata fee cut, if the GPUs are not delivered by September 30, 2026, and after December 31, 2026 either side can cancel on 90 days' notice.
