Common Questions
What can I edit with a self-service account?
Description, tagline, category, HQ country, documentation link, tags, features, pros/cons, getting started steps, compute services, GPU services, inference services, pricing options, unique selling points, regions, and support info. Pricing data is collected automatically and can't be edited manually.
How does domain verification work?
Sign in with your company email (e.g. you@yourcompany.com). We match the email domain against the website on your provider listing. If they match, you're verified automatically. If not, our team reviews the claim manually.
Can I create a new provider listing with a self-service account?
Yes. If your domain doesn't match an existing listing, your claim goes through manual approval. Once approved and your subscription is active, you can build out your profile from the dashboard.
What happens to free submissions?
They work exactly as before. We email you a profile sheet, you fill it out, and we create the listing. Updates go through the same email process. You can upgrade to a self-service account anytime.
